The entire project is executed from our offshore facility. The offshore project manager interacts with the client and works with the development team to ensure the timely deliveries of all work products during the lifecycle of the project. The project gets executed using well-defined process centric templates and procedures.
We use Agile Software Development Approach. Agile is an iterative approach to software development which is executed in a highly collaborative manner with optimum formal procedure. This produces high quality software meeting the changing needs of its end customer in a timely manner. All projects execute in the following phases.
Starting of the Project: This involves setting up project plan, specifying the business needs, identifying the right technology, freezing the requirements, building the team, and preparing initial architecture/ design for the software.
Design Process: This involves the technical documentation of the project like prototypes, database design, technical approach etc to meet the requirements.
Development Iterations: This is a repetitive stage which involves active client participation. This includes collaborative development by professionals, adding new features upon change requests, confirmatory testing, and internal deployment of software.
Release of the product: This stage involves system testing by our QA team, final user acceptance testing, and deployment of system into production. This might include regular and updated delivery of software which meets the changing needs of the client. Release phase allows the end user to review the developed features.
